Perinatal Case Management

Nurses provide guidance and education on pregnancy and put expectant mothers in touch with community programs and resources such as WIC. We assist clients with Medicaid concerns and provide referrals to specialists for women who have high-risk pregnancies.

Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility

This type of Medicaid provides immediate financial assistance for prenatal care. Prenatal women who meet the eligibility criteria are assisted to get started with medical care while waiting for final determination of eligibility for full Medicaid coverage by the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS).
