Fulton County Board of Health - Myths vs Facts Covid-19

Fulton County encourages all eligible residents to get a free COVID-19 vaccine and booster shot(s). Vaccines are safe and effective at preventing serious illness and death from COVID-19. FCBOH has monovalent and bivalent vaccines available at all health centers for ages 6 months and older.

 * NOTE: If you are getting your second vaccine dose, or your booster vaccine, please bring your Vaccination Card to your appointment/visit.

We also offer free, at-home services for those Fulton County residents who are more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection and death. For more information, please visit our At-home Vaccinations and Testing for Vulnerable Populations.

Vaccine Times and Locations

Free COVID-19 vaccines are available for residents ages 6 months and up at the following locations. In addition, booster vaccines are available at all health centers for ages 6 months and up. Appointments are encouraged, but not required.

Vaccination Events

Fulton County Board of Health is hosting vaccination events at the Fulton County Government Center, located at 141 Pryor St. in Atlanta, GA from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on the following days.

Vaccine Consent Forms

Minors between 12-15 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or person designated by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian’s consent is required.

Youth ages 12-17 do not have to have a parent present but must have a consent form signed by a parent.
