Fulton County encourages all eligible residents to get a free COVID-19 vaccine and booster shot(s). Vaccines are safe and effective at preventing serious illness and death from COVID-19.

 * NOTE: If you are getting your second vaccine dose, or your booster vaccine, please bring your Vaccination Card to your appointment/visit.

We also offer free, at-home services for those Fulton County residents who are more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection and death. For more information, please visit our At-home Vaccinations and Testing for Vulnerable Populations.

Vaccine Times and Locations

Free COVID-19 vaccines are available for residents ages 5 and up at the following locations. In addition, booster vaccines are available at all sites for ages 12 & up. Appointments are encouraged, but not required.

Vaccine Consent Forms
