These free, at-home services are intended to assist Fulton County residents who are more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection and possible, subsequent death. The program will prioritize communities of color, homeless populations, as well as those who are currently infected, experiencing symptoms, or have had recent exposure to COVID.
Georgia residents who are currently homebound due to an ongoing physical or mental disability and are unable to travel to a COVID-19 vaccination site can request to receive a vaccination at their home by phone or email.
To leave a voicemail request, please call 888.572.0112 and someone will return your call to obtain additional information.
To request services by email please email HVS@dph.ga.gov with the following information for the person who requires at-home vaccination:
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
The contact phone number will be used to obtain additional information and schedule the vaccination.
Fulton County residents can also request a first or second dose of the vaccine. Boosters and third doses are currently not offered through this program. To learn more about this program or receive at-home services please visit http://athomeservices.coreresponse.org/ or call 678.218.6539.
